Thanks 700 followers!

That you all for following my progress in creating hentai! It’s been a short journey so far. But, hopefully a long quest awaits! There’s still plenty more doujin to draw and room to grow. As my current doujin draws close to its end a new one is right around the corner. I hope everyone enjoys the work studio oppai puts into its projects now and in the future. Thank you. - studio oppai

Doujin update

Good news my longest doujin yet and the 2nd doujin I ever started “ tsunade’s lost bet” may be completed by this Friday! I’ve about got 4 pages ready for ink and tones. So if I can keep a good rate. It’ll definitely be done by next Friday! I’ll be trying hard to finish it by then. So I can focus on my new doujin progress. I’m not sure how long the next doujin will be or take. All I have is the idea for it. And I’m waiting till the voting for it is over before I start. So I know which direction to take it. Also before I start my next doujin I thought I’d ask. Which release method do you prefer? Once a week as the pages are completed. Or a full doujin at once? I could release them in the ladder method. Like some of my shorter ones. But if I did it could possibly be months between doujin updates. Since I don’t think about page counts I just draw it as it goes. - studio oppai

Personally weekly updates are the best method to keep your followers updated on your progress but in the last week of doujin updates you could post the whole doujin just to bring it home. That way people (particularly newcomers) could see your doujins as a whole. But that is just me.

i agree with the homie roftlguy. considering the amount of work that goes into comics, little snippets are more than good enough to be regular updates.

So like many artists. I believe I will be attempting the patreon thing. As a means to produce more content. Because my goal is to eventually just draw hentai for a living. It’s a far goal. But something I strive to work for. I’ll be doing lots of research into people that are doing patreon right. And try to set mine up to be just as professional. I don’t know when it’ll be up. Or what all special privileges I’ll offer on there. But, I figured I’d ask here for some input. On what type of things would you like to see if/when the patreon kicks off. Thanks. - studio oppai

Depends on tiers and donation increment benefits. Maybe check with the “big” nsfw artists to see how they do it.

one of my fave hentai artists on tumblr is perhaps not making as much as he should due to most of his patrons pledging at his lower tier. it seems they are mor then content to let the higher pledgers make requested pics and then access them anyway with their lower pledge. so the higher tier would really need to offer something unique if you want to make akubar or shiin money.

i would suggest a niche that you are comfortable with

sssssssssssakura! white and black and wet versions. maybe make everyone happy. not. i came under quite a lot of heat for my hinata bee pic on pixiv. comments like, fail, why do i only draw black guys. and shit. when my 4 previous uploads didn’t even have a black character. it’s like do you even look at my works? but, people are always gonna hate. that’s why i just draw what i like. and not try to please others. if other people like it great if not don’t look. anyway i hope people enjoy this one. it’ll be my avatar on my accounts. - studio oppai

awesome colouring mate.
