Good news my longest doujin yet and the 2nd doujin I ever started “ tsunade’s lost bet” may be completed by this Friday! I’ve about got 4 pages ready for ink and tones. So if I can keep a good rate. It’ll definitely be done by next Friday! I’ll be trying hard to finish it by then. So I can focus on my new doujin progress. I’m not sure how long the next doujin will be or take. All I have is the idea for it. And I’m waiting till the voting for it is over before I start. So I know which direction to take it. Also before I start my next doujin I thought I’d ask. Which release method do you prefer? Once a week as the pages are completed. Or a full doujin at once? I could release them in the ladder method. Like some of my shorter ones. But if I did it could possibly be months between doujin updates. Since I don’t think about page counts I just draw it as it goes. - studio oppai
Personally weekly updates are the best method to keep your followers updated on your progress but in the last week of doujin updates you could post the whole doujin just to bring it home. That way people (particularly newcomers) could see your doujins as a whole. But that is just me.
i agree with the homie roftlguy. considering the amount of work that goes into comics, little snippets are more than good enough to be regular updates.
